As a seasoned procurement professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic procurement initiatives that align with the company's objectives. Your expertise in managing complex procurement activities will be instrumental in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Contract Management: You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the issuance of service contracts, including establishing supplier/proposal evaluation criteria and providing direction or aid in managing the competitive bidding process.]
  • Proposal and Pricing Strategy: You will work closely with proposal teams on new business price proposals, cost narratives, and pricing strategies to ensure optimal outcomes in scope, cost, and time.]
  • Procurement Process Implementation: You will implement all procurement processes and procedures, including forms and templates used on the project, to ensure efficient and correct usage of procurement management and document management systems.]
  • Filing System Management: You will ensure compliance and maintenance of the procurement filing system (electronic) to maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data.]
  • Procurement Activity Monitoring: You will plan, control, and monitor procurement activities in line with the approved project schedule to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.]

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or graduate degree in an engineering discipline or related field.]
  • At least 9 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the EPCM industry.]
  • Proven track record of managing complex procurement activities for large-scale engineering and construction projects.]
