Job Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Membership Compliance:
  • Screen applications for membership compliance, including change in director details, shareholding patterns, and member entity information.
  • Process applications according to Exchange/SEBI norms, maintaining accurate records and updating control sheets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with members via mail and phone calls.
Data Management:
  • Maintain monthly databases and MIS reports for SEBI/internal department.
  • Collate data for regulatory purposes, adhering to company standards.
Closure of Alerts:
  • Close alerts in Trackwizz application, ensuring efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • CS/CA/MBA degree from a reputable institution/university.
  • 3-4 years of experience in relevant fields, with a focus on result-oriented work.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent execution abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share knowledge and best practices across teams.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record in securities/capital market, financial services, mutual funds, or insurance companies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Satisfy national regulatory standards and adhere to company policies.
