Customer Onboarding Liaison

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Associate to welcome and guide new customers through our onboarding process. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process, including hardware provisioning, setup, and configuration.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware solutions according to customer requirements.
Setting up the awareness and booth:
Coordinate with the team and ensure training sessions and workshops to educate customers about PadCare and the services we offer.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and support activities.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, track key metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
- Gather feedback from customers about their onboarding experience with us.
- Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights to enhance the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer onboarding, technical support, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
