Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to lead our banquet department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing events, developing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Develop and implement event plans that meet client expectations and achieve business goals.
  • Catering Sales: Identify and pursue new catering opportunities, develop sales presentations, and negotiate agreements.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, select, and train staff to provide excellent service and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Inventories and Supplies: Manage inventory control standards and ensure adequate supplies for events.
  • Customer Service: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service and exceeding client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
