About Event Production Role

Seeking dynamic and driven Event Strategist to join our team at ETHRWorld.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end production of high-impact conferences and custom events from ideation to execution.

You will play key role in shaping event content, developing innovative marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing and managing high-impact conferences for International and Domestic Markets from concept to execution.
  • Designing and implementing innovative marketing and audience engagement strategies to maximize event reach and impact.
  • Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with industry leaders, speakers, and professionals.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, sponsorship, and delegate sales teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver customized events such as roundtables, webinars, and exclusive networking sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in conference production, events, or related roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of community outreach experience, with proven ability to engage and manage industry networks.
