Job Description

We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team. This role is crucial for understanding client brand propositions, conceptualizing innovative experiential solutions, and driving new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Customization & Innovation: Understand the client's brand proposition and campaign objectives to provide tailor-made experiential marketing solutions.
  • Experiential Project Management: Conceptualize, strategize, execute, and coordinate all aspects of events, activations, and other experiential marketing requirements from initiation to completion.
  • Strategic Insights: Leverage extensive industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations that effectively fulfill a client's experiential marketing needs, positioning our firm as a thought leader.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Lead generation efforts, identify new avenues to generate revenue, build comprehensive business development strategies, and manage the entire pitch process to secure new clients.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other internal departments (e.g., creative, operations) to ensure smooth project management and efficient delivery of experiential campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A sales enthusiast who is a creative thinker and strategist.

Proficiency in not only generating leads but also closing new businesses, demonstrating strong leadership by involving and guiding the team.

Strong understanding of brand propositions, campaign objectives, and the ability to provide tailored and innovative solutions.

Skills in conceptualizing, strategizing, executing, and coordinating all aspects of events, activations, and other experiential marketing requirements.

Ability to leverage industry knowledge to provide key insights and strategic recommendations for clients' experiential marketing needs.

Proficiency in lead generation, identifying new revenue avenues, building business development strategies, and managing the pitch process.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Background in the event/activation industry.

Familiarity with the Bangalore market.
