Marketing Strategy and Business Development Leader

As a seasoned marketing strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aimed at optimizing market share and sales. This involves leading cross-functional collaboration with sales, support, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and enhance product/service offerings.

Key responsibilities include creating specific marketing plans and campaigns for product lines to establish differentiation and drive competitive positioning in the market. You will also manage marketing events such as trade shows, conventions, and sales meetings, including venue research, vendor negotiation, customer invitations, on-site registration, and post-event follow-ups.

Maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and vendors is crucial to meeting service requirements and fostering long-term collaboration. Additionally, you will prepare marketing budget forecasts and reports on event metrics, monitor competitive activity, track industry trends, and provide insights to enhance product lines or develop new products.

This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum graduate degree, preferably with a post-graduation in management, and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
