**Job Title:** Senior Business Strategist

 

This is a pivotal role that requires the successful candidate to drive strategic initiatives and foster strong business relationships. The Senior Business Strategist will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough financial assessments of potential partners to ensure their stability and creditworthiness.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets for General Trade and Organized Trade partners, adhering to annual and activity-based targets.
  • Overseeing full and final settlement processes, guaranteeing timely closure of financial obligations during partner exit.
  • Performing monthly TDS reconciliations, focusing on Sections 194C and 194R.
  • Serving as a key liaison for partner relations, addressing business queries, financial disputes, and operational escalations.
  • Analyzing return orders to validate authenticity and assess financial impact.

 

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial and operational challenges.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
