We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

About the Role

This role will focus on planning and executing marketing initiatives for a cluster of hypermarket stores. You will work closely with store managers to understand business needs and implement tailored marketing initiatives. Your goal will be to drive footfall, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 360-degree marketing plans tailored to the cluster, aligned with national campaigns and local consumer behavior.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify local opportunities.
  • Plan and execute hyperlocal activations, BTL activities, in-store promotions, and festive/event-based campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with local vendors, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Coordinate with store managers to understand business needs and implement tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor store-wise marketing budgets and ROI.
  • Drive customer engagement and loyalty through targeted campaigns, CRM initiatives, and promotional offers.
  • Leverage digital tools (SMS, WhatsApp, email, social media) to target local customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics like footfall, conversion, and sales uplift.
  • Share periodic reports and insights with the central marketing and business teams.
  • Guide and support store-level marketing staff or visual merchandisers (if applicable).
