Sr. Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and event marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Campaign ROI: Ensure that all marketing campaigns deliver a minimum ROI of 5:1.
- Lead Generation: Generate a minimum of 500 new leads per quarter through targeted marketing efforts.
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand recognition by 20% within the next 6 months through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Improve customer engagement metrics, including email open rates and social media engagement, by 30% within the next 3 months.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Excel.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
