We seek a strategic financial leader to drive business performance and ensure robust financial management. As a key leader, you'll shape the company's financial strategy and contribute to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Operationalize a multi geo strategy in alliance with Sales and Marketing.
  • Provide insightful financial recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and execute automation for the finance function.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for international markets
