Strategic Financial Leader
We are on a mission to develop next-generation missions and technologies for future warfare needs. Our goal is to create a sustainable business model that drives growth and profitability.
- You will lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to achieve our goals.
- As a key member of the senior management team, you will analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives.
- Evaluate financial performance against targets and provide variance analysis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
This role requires at least 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Experience in manufacturing/engineering organizations is advantageous.
