Job Description

This role involves overseeing all financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial management.

You will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

  • Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payments, and collections/accounts receivables.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST), etc.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash management, monitoring cash flow and optimizing working capital.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support fundraising efforts, developing investor presentations and financial projections.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Drive operational efficiency by monitoring costing activities and identifying saving initiatives.
  • Oversee completion of statutory audit from a reputable firm.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field, with a track record of managing budgets and finances effectively.
