Deputy Manager


Job Description:

The Deputy Manager is a critical position that plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization. This role involves overseeing the security infrastructure for both WAN and LAN networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust security measures are in place.

This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication to manage outsourced teams for daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate asset inventory.

Furthermore, the Deputy Manager will be responsible for implementing security improvements by assessing current situations, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.

With a focus on continuous improvement and strategic planning, this individual will determine security violations and inefficiencies, upgrade systems by implementing and maintaining security controls, and define, plan, scope, schedule, and prepare complete work breakdowns.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage Security Infrastructure for WAN and LAN networks.
    • Perform live disaster recovery activities and periodic DR drills.
    • Work with server, storage, and network architectures.
  • Educational Qualification:

Graduate in BE / BSc IT required.

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience needed.
