Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to join our team at Neugene International, Inc. in Kolkata and Hyderabad.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts in West Bengal and drive business growth. As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing your own sales team, expanding business in the region, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Create and develop a high-performing sales team of ABMs and TBOs (MRs) with technical expertise and knowledge.
- Mentor and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and expand business in West Bengal.
- Establish a strong distribution network for launching new pharmaceutical products in West Bengal.
- Act as a point of reference for sales and field-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess customer needs and resolve problems promptly.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Sales & Marketing as a Regional Business Manager or Second-Line Manager.
- Experience in respiratory care products and strong product knowledge.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Science or Pharmacy.
