Job Title: Inside Sales Manager - IT Sales Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Manager to lead our IT sales team in achieving sales targets from software products and services. Your role will involve monitoring sales metrics, communicating with multiple levels within the sales process, and maintaining exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets from software products and services sales
  • Target database building/updating/calls, follow-ups, client presentations, proposal creation, RFP/RFI, sales collateral, closures, etc.
  • Must have experience in handling a team of IT Sales
  • Maintaining Timeline, tracker sheet for leads generated, closures, etc
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Build and deliver a strong business pipeline by contributing heavily to the top of the sales funnel

Requirements:

- Relevant experience with the US/UK market in Inside Sales/Business Development of IT services, software services, and software solutions domain

- Sound experience in cold calling with the best email writing skills and customer follow-ups

- Persuasive, high energy levels with a positive attitude

- Excellent on the number, target driven

- Willingness to work during US business hours (US Shift/Night Shift)

- Excellent email articulation, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proven track record in inside sales with consistent performance above quotas and goals
