Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various digital channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, online events).
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the field sales team to transition qualified leads and support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital sales (inside sales), lead generation, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Hunter mentality with a drive to seek out and close new business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and success-oriented attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
