Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality System Configuration Specialist to assist our system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

  • Daily System Support: Provide daily telephone, email, and instant messaging support to users of the EtQ Reliance application
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues with users and work with them to solve the issues, as well as software vendors when necessary
  • System Administration: Perform several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc
  • Workflow Tool Configuration: Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance
  • Test Cases: Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected
  • Software Validation: Assist with software validation and change control activities
  • Reports Development: Assist with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools

  • Scripting Experience: Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
  • SharePoint Experience: SharePoint experience
