Workday Functional Specialist

Delivering expert solutions is a key aspect of our work at our Digital Solutions department in Hyderabad, India. As a Workday Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering complex solutions across client implementations, utilizing your technical and functional skills to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize tasks, assist team leads by providing input on all phases of the delivery lifecycle, and report status/impediments to the project team.
  • Manage small implementation projects or lead launches, manage team workload, and assist team members in all phases of the delivery lifecycle, reporting status/impediments to the project team.
  • Develop complex configurations for clients, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Lead and involve in data conversion activities related to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Coordinate with team leads for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Multi-task and engage on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • End-to-end ownership of assigned projects to drive success.
Requirements:
  • Proven technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll configuration builds.
  • Extensive understanding of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll migrations, data conversion, and reporting concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new skills and technologies.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
