Job Description:

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Workday Payroll Professional to provide expert support and enhancements for our Workday Payroll system.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of payroll processing, system support, configuration, and compliance in a Workday environment. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees, including regular, off-cycle, and year-end payrolls.
  • Maintain data integrity across all payroll-related fields and integrations.
  • Assist with Workday Payroll configuration, testing, and deployment of system updates or enhancements.
  • Support compliance with tax regulations, wage laws, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, and IT to ensure payroll activities align with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday Payroll (support, implementation, or configuration).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax compliance.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, or Absence modules is a plus.
  • Proficient in report writing and troubleshooting within Workday.
