Job Overview:

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be part of an expert team that enables clients to harness the power of Workday for enhanced operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Workday solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of HR processes and functional capabilities within Workday modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Workday implementation, preferably with multiple projects under your belt.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and experience working on functional projects within Workday modules.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Industry Knowledge:

A background in any industry is a plus, showcasing adaptability and versatility in our ever-evolving landscape.
