Workday Financial Module Expert

We seek an accomplished Workday Financial Module Expert to guarantee the quality and accuracy of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Workday Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Banking.
  • Customize solutions to meet client-specific business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops with clients to gather and analyze business needs.
  • Design functional processes, including scenario design and flow mapping.
  • Oversee the testing phase to ensure configurations meet business needs.
  • Provide support to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports using Workday reporting tools.
  • Document configurations, processes, and test results for reference and audits.
  • Advise on industry standards and leading practices in financial management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical issues.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A master's degree with a financial background is advantageous.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Workday along with Functional QA Testing.

Preferred Qualifications

A strong understanding of Workday financial modules and industry standards.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Able to work effectively in a team environment.
