Workday Expense Analyst Role

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with Workday Expenses module, providing subject matter expertise for day-to-day support and development.

Responsibilities
  • Business Process Configuration: Configure and maintain business process configuration, integrations, data transmission (EIB), testing, and troubleshooting in the Expense Module.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and implement seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features/functionality.
  • Process Improvement: Provide best practices and partner with cross-functional teams to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
  • Leadership: Lead Workday-enabled finance Expenses workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with key stakeholders and internal Business Systems teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB.
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, including an awareness of what Workday can and cannot do, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing straightforward administrative tasks in Workday.
