ERP Analyst – Workday Finance

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Analyst with hands-on expertise in Workday Finance, Concur, and cloud-based business systems. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of expense management and finance-related applications across the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise applications such as Workday Finance, Supply Chain, Concur, Par Excellence, and EDI integrations with GHX Marketplace. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, troubleshooting, business analysis, documentation, and supporting AI-powered enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:Configure, maintain, and support Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Provide functional and technical support for Concur Expense Management and its integration with financial systems.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather business requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and drive configuration or development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Workday, Concur, Par Excellence, and EDI (GHX Marketplace) integrations.
Monitor and implement Workday release updates, coordinate regression testing, and activate new features where applicable.
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner, ensuring user satisfaction and system performance.
Participate in end-to-end testing, validation, and QA for enterprise systems and integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to support or test AI-enabled features such as chatbots, smart automation, and predictive analytics.
Support change management efforts, including documentation, end-user training, and communications.
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation, advanced reporting, and new technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Experience with Concur (Expense Management) configuration, support, or integration.
Exposure to EDI platforms, particularly GHX Marketplace, and systems like Par Excellence.
Understanding of AI/ML applications in business tools (e.g., automation, predictive triggers, smart dashboards).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Experience in QA/testing, UAT coordination, and system documentation.
Experience in the healthcare industry or other regulated environments.
Working knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integration frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project delivery.
Experience implementing or supporting AI/ML-powered features in enterprise applications.
Understanding of Workday release management and feature enablement strategies.
May require off-hours support during critical deployments or high-impact incidents.
