About Kastech:

We are actively seeking a Senior Analyst – Workday SCM with a focus on Project Implementation and Operational Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our clients' Workday Supply Chain and Finance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for the Enterprise Workday ERP System, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

• Drive SCM enhancements and feature development in alignment with evolving business needs.

• Lead the implementation and deployment of new modules, projects, and system enhancements.

• Manage change control processes from requirement gathering to production deployment.

• Support Workday application upgrades, ongoing maintenance, system security, and access controls.

• Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queue, responding promptly to urgent incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and change management teams to document functional and business requirements.

• Participate in on-call rotation to support critical production issues during off-hours and weekends, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Workday SCM and Workday Finance, with a strong background in operational support and technical configurations.

• Proven ability to manage day-to-day system support, enhancements, and production issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain).

• Experience in report development and Workday analytics is a plus.

Work Location:

• Hyderabad (Onsite) – Candidates must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office. This is not a remote position.
