Job Description:

Kastech is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with a strong background in Workday Time Tracking, ShiftWizard, and Dormakaba to join our global team. This role plays a crucial part in enabling accurate and compliant timekeeping processes across the enterprise. You will work on system configurations, integration management, and support of enterprise-wide time tracking solutions that directly impact organizational efficiency and employee experience.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of scheduling, time entry, payroll calculations, and clock integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Kastech and client-specific business unit requirements.

  • Configure and support global Workday Time Tracking features including:

    • Web time entry, calendar view, project-based time entry, and custom scheduling.

    • Mobile/Web clock features including Check-in/Check-out, Geofencing, and activity tracking.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time entry, worktags, units, in/out punches, etc.

  • Design, configure, and maintain integrations with physical clocks such as Dormakaba.

  • Work on shift-based calculations including:

    • Overtime, holiday pay, shift differential, and predictive scheduling.

  • Provide support and configuration for ShiftWizard – scheduling and workforce optimization platform.

  • Develop and maintain integrations with related Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Absence).

  • Participate in change control processes, including tenant migrations and impact assessments.

  • Collaborate with Client & Informatics teams to gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions.

  • Monitor and resolve integration failures and interface errors.

  • Provide timely resolution of support issues and update stakeholders using ServiceNow.

  • Assist in system upgrades, access and security management.

  • Write queries and reports to support business decision-making and dashboard requirements.

  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical issues outside business hours.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking, with configuration and support responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of clock configurations, scheduling, and payroll-related calculations.

  • Experience with mobile and web time entry tools and associated geolocation features.

  • Proven experience working on integrations with Dormakaba or similar time clock systems.

  • Solid understanding of Workday module interdependencies (Time Tracking, HCM, Payroll, Absence).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UKG Kronos, Workforce Central, or Dimensions is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with ShiftWizard for workforce scheduling and optimization.

  • Experience with interface design, integration builds, and monitoring tools.

  • Exposure to Bhoomi system is an added advantage.
