Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented ERP Analyst (Workday Reports & Dashboards) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on supporting Workday reporting solutions, creating impactful dashboards, and driving data-driven decision-making across various functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday custom report creation, be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, customize, and support Workday reports including advanced, composite, and matrix reports.

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to enable stakeholders with real-time data and insights.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Change Management team to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

  • Participate in the build and deployment of new modules, enhancements, and system features in the ERP ecosystem.

  • Handle change control processes, including migrating objects through Workday tenants to production environments.

  • Monitor and respond to ServiceNow tickets, prioritizing urgent or critical business needs.

  • Assist in system maintenance, upgrades, access management, and security controls.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours or high-priority issues as required.

  • Provide ongoing support to ensure system integrity, performance, and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday report development – including matrix, composite, and advanced reports.

  • Proven ability to translate functional specifications into technical deliverables.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Prior experience with Workday dashboards and analytics across functional domains (e.g., HCM, Finance, Recruiting).

  • Familiarity with Workday security models, change control, and tenant migration processes.

  • Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
