Job Description:

The Business Analyst position is a key role in implementing and configuring Workday solutions.

As a Senior / Lead Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding complex business processes and translating them into effective Workday configurations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and Product Management to understand requirements, processes, and business needs.

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, translating business requirements into Workday configurations, configuring and maintaining Workday modules, preparing functional documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of Workday configurations.

This role requires strong Business Analyst skills combined with Workday functional expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
