SAP Configuration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Configuration Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex variant configuration models across SAP.

This role requires strong leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives that enhance scalability, performance, and reuse within the SAP variant configuration ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize complex variant configuration models for business success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing SAP variant configuration solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices for variant configuration model building.
  • Analyze and improve existing variant configuration models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing variant configuration models.
  • Technical expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of variant configuration concepts, including classes, characteristics, configuration profiles, and ALE.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming and data modeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
