Lead Bid Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Bid Manager to lead our team in managing the preparation of tenders for various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bid management, including technical writeup and cost estimation, subcontracting, joint ventures, client liaisoning, and project management.

The successful candidate will have expertise in identifying relevant tenders from government agencies, private companies, and other organizations. They will also maintain excellent professional relations with clients and coordinate with central functions for bid compliance.

The Lead Bid Manager will oversee:

  • Generating tender tracking updates and MIS reports.
  • Achieving order booking targets from tenders.
  • Maintaining documentation and correspondence of business development activities and updating credentials regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field plus 10 years of experience in bidding and tendering; overall 10-15 years of experience.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge of bidding and tendering processes.
  • Strategic and analytical ability with good writing and calculation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage bids for oil and gas, energy, and other industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bid compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bid success rates.
