Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team's projects.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structuring and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and lead advisory teams for government sector infrastructure projects.
  2. Create detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  4. Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  5. Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project advisory is necessary.
Desirable Skills:
  • Expertise in PPP policies and MCA guidelines is desired.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.

This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing infrastructure projects end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.
