Operational Excellence SpecialistWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Specialist to drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and critical insights. This pivotal role involves driving key performance indicators, ensuring data integrity, and providing strategic support.Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management: Conduct regular pipeline hygiene checks to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data.
  • Maintain a real-time dashboard by feeding pipeline data accurately and on time.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for software, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Manage documentation and database operations for campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver timely reports without any misses, ensuring distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for various functions.
  • Analyze existing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and design effective processes.
  • Automate administrative tasks by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations role
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
