The primary objective of this role is to enhance the deposit pool from customers. This involves establishing standards and delivering exceptional service, including the sale of non-deposit products and cross-selling targets progressively.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for managing productivity and overall morale of branch team members, as well as ensuring break-even and profitability of the branch.
This position requires a strong background in banking experience, preferably with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities, along with sales experience and exposure, preferably in Liabilities products.
You should possess good leadership skills, with a thinker: doer ratio of 40:60, and have an in-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-micro economic processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members
- Responsible for break-even and P&L of the branch
- 6 years of banking experience, out of which 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities
- Must have had sales experience and exposure, preferably in Liabilities products
- Qualifications: MBA/CA/CAIB
- Good leadership skills (tactical rather than strategic)
- Thinker: Doer ratio - 40:60
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and macro-micro economic processes
- Able to carry along all units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer delight
- Liaising with product management team, marketing, and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives
