Expert Corporate Banking Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead corporate banking projects and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications for large-scale corporate banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement client-centric solutions, workflows, and operations.
- Provide expert knowledge on Core Banking Systems (Flexcube, Finacle, T24) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and present complex information to senior leaders.
- Contribute to the success of corporate banking transformation initiatives through analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking & Financial Services.
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, Payments, Cash Management, and Liquidity Management.
- Strong understanding of client journeys, workflows, and banking operations.
- Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (e.g., Flexcube, Finacle, T24, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
