Job Summary
- We are seeking a sales leader to drive our team's performance and contribute to the company's mission.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of business development associates and sales representatives. You will coach and train your team to consistently exceed conversion and revenue goals, guide prospective learners through our programs, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to product demos, closures, and post-sale support.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience managing a sales team, fluency in Marathi and strong English communication skills, strong interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities, a sales-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping learners grow, and empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering an excellent learner experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team (experience in EdTech is preferred)
- Fluency in Marathi and strong English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and presentation abilities

- Highly organized, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives

- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to product demos, closures, and post-sale support

- Resolve escalations and operational issues swiftly and professionally
- Set clear goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
