We are seeking an experienced and strategic sales enablement professional to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in empowering our sales teams to drive business growth through effective enablement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ramp up new hires and enhance the skills of our existing team members.
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge sales playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that align with our evolving product and market landscape.
  • Align our sales processes with the buyer journey, identifying and addressing skill and content gaps across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with our GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
  • Support product launches and GTM initiatives by providing the right messaging and resources.
  • Own key enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
  • Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
  • A builder's mindset and enthusiasm for scaling with a fast-growing company.
