A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Test Lead/Specialist to spearhead Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365 testing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Analyze and escalate defects, ensuring prompt resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform - Microsoft D365s (e.g., Sales - CRMforce).
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum frameworks.
