Software Development Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced software development specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Build and enhance test automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.
  • Analyze test results, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with product owners and developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automation strategies, tools, and processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience with automation tools such as TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
