Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans with specialized teams
  • Ensure successful achievement of project targets and objectives
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive activity reports to stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships for collaborative success
  • Travel within and outside the location for project implementation
  • Build and manage volunteer-mentor networks and coordinate with volunteers involved in projects

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
  • A positive, community-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and effective communication
