About This Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to work closely with our founder and mentor, gaining hands-on experience in community engagement, operations, and participant management.

You will be responsible for connecting with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps, maintaining organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions). You will also support smooth engagement within our online community and work directly with the founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are run.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must have empathetic people-oriented skills with strong communication abilities (spoken & written).
  • Should be comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools is required (AI tools a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
