Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology Development to drive our product forward. This is a high-leverage position at the intersection of social community and stock-market portfolios.

This role requires a co-founder who owns the product, ships the MVP fast, builds the team and systems, and treats this as their career-defining work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building production mobile apps and experience with full-stack development, including frontend mobile, backend (serverless or Node/Go/Python), databases (Postgres/Supabase/Firebase), and storage.

Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, shipping, measuring, and repeating. The ideal candidate will be able to code and orchestrate infra, auth, payments, API integrations, real-time feeds, and secure broker/connect flows.

A key aspect of this role is speed, quality, and simplicity. We need someone who can fix problems instead of writing excuses.

The Head of Technology Development will also be responsible for recruiting engineers, owning hiring, setting tech direction, and representing the product externally.

Technical Requirements
  • Proven track record of building production mobile apps (one or more shipped apps on Play Store/App Store).
  • Full-stack experience: frontend mobile, backend (serverless or Node/Go/Python), databases (Postgres/Supabase/Firebase), and storage.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, OAuth flows, and secure token handling.
  • CI/CD, app deployment to Play Store & App Store, EAS/Fastlane knowledge.
  • Basic infra & security sense (env secrets, HTTPS, key rotation, encryption).
  • Comfortable with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n/Make/Glide).

We are looking for someone who can live in India or reliably overlap IST hours and attend occasional in-person meetings if required.
