Job Title: Software Solutions Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled software solutions developer to craft cutting-edge search technology that delivers exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine deep programming expertise with in-depth knowledge of information retrieval systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced search functionality using modern search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar platforms). They will develop high-quality, scalable search applications with a focus on relevancy, performance, and user experience.

The job also requires the ability to create and optimize search algorithms, ranking models, and retrieval methods. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Knowledge Graphs from various corporate data sources, query understanding, text analysis, and relevance scoring.

Other responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining existing search infrastructure and applications, designing and executing A/B tests to measure search quality improvements, developing efficient indexing strategies and data preparation pipelines, and implementing machine learning models for search ranking.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience as a software developer and 3+ years of experience developing search solutions.

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Scala) is required, along with hands-on experience with search engines (Elasticsearch, Solr, or similar). A strong understanding of information retrieval concepts (TF-IDF, BM25, vector search) and expertise in SQL databases and experience with NoSQL solutions are also necessary.

Additional qualifications include experience with text processing, NLP, and relevance tuning, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
