Job Title: AI and Legal Innovation Specialist

We are seeking an expert in the field of AI and legal innovation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and be passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth.

  • Design and build AI-powered legal agents to support contract drafting, compliance reviews, and due diligence.
  • Develop automated workflows and processes for legal and finance functions.
  • Explore, test, and integrate AI tools that can be applied in law, compliance, and startup finance.
  • Work with lawyers, CAs, and compliance professionals to identify use cases and create solutions.
  • Train and enable internal teams to adopt AI tools in their daily work.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends in the legal-tech and fintech ecosystem and bring practical innovations into our organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold an LLB or equivalent legal qualification (law firm/startup ecosystem experience a plus).
  • Tech-curious — comfortable experimenting with AI tools, breaking them, and figuring out fixes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset — not limited to "how it's always been done".
  • Excited about the possibilities of legal-tech and automation.
  • Comfortable bridging law/finance knowledge with practical AI applications.
