Job Title: Assistant Manager – Legal (Non-Maritime)

We seek a highly skilled professional to handle a broad range of legal matters including litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, due diligence and legal advisory.

  • Litigation: Manage complex lawsuits and disputes to protect our organization's interests
  • Contracts: Review and negotiate agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and maintain adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough investigations to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Legal Advisory: Provide expert guidance on legal matters to support business decisions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Litigation Cases: Handle all aspects of lawsuit proceedings from initiation through resolution
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
