Job Title: Business Performance Specialist
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will analyze and interpret complex data sets to support product development. They will identify trends and insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze hardware issues from MHD Funnel (defect-wise, aging-wise, model-wise)
- Create performance dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Conduct data analysis for refurbishment at hubs and centres (defects at RC, part replacement, part warranty etc)
- Monitor new devices through data analysis (BSR, latency, MHD data etc)
- Track device health related metrics: BSR, latency, battery backup details for new launch & refurbished products on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
- Provide data points for monitoring device life cycle measurement: impacting field deployment - sim card related issues, charging issues - cable, battery charging/discharging issues
- Identify issues/faculty components/complaints observed for field launched devices: battery, speaker, network latch, merchant onboarding
- Detect model-wise devices running on old software versions, need FOTA, and get FOTA pushed batch-wise
- Advanced SQL experience
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Working experience on Google Looker or another visualization tool
- Experience in automation projects related to data integration, extraction, and visualization
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Built management reports, MIS, and dashboards using VBA
- Analytics and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of data analysis and business intelligence
