Job Description

The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive measurable business growth. This role involves managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, testing strategies, and collaborating with creative and product teams to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns on channels like search engines (SEM), social media, display ads, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI) to optimize results and reduce customer acquisition cost.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient and effective spend allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding to improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies and produce compelling ads.
- Research and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies for innovative campaign ideas.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify and prevent campaign fraud or invalid traffic to protect ad spend.
- Explore new digital channels and acquisition strategies to increase reach and conversions.
