Performance Marketing Lead

The Performance Marketing Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. This strategic position requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and the ability to maximize ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search (PPC), social media, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Create audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing page optimisations to enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimise bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Requirements:
  • Data Analysis Skills:
  • Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret large data sets to inform marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies.
  • Marketing Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, including PPC, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Knowledge of ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
