Job Title: Performance Metrics Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks and systems throughout the project lifecycle.

This includes planning, strategizing, and overseeing the implementation of M&E frameworks and systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and Implementing M&E Frameworks and Systems
  • Supporting Data Collection, Verification, and Analysis
  • Developing and Enhancing Data Collection Tools and Methodologies
  • Participating in Field Surveys and Assessments
  • Facilitating Data Entry, Cleaning, and Management
  • Preparing M&E Reports, Dashboards, and Presentations
  • Identifying Key Performance Trends, Challenges, and Learning Opportunities
  • Participating in Capacity-Building Initiatives
  • Coordinating with External Evaluators and Stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Planning, Architecture, or Design
  • 4-6 years of work experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new skills on the job
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Working knowledge of Hindi for Hardoi, UP
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, QGIS, Mapping tools, Power bi, and data analysis tools
