Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned financial operations manager to lead our day-to-day activities for accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

  • Effective AR/AP process management with strong focus on timely payment from customers.
  • Cash flow monitoring through thorough analysis of AR aging reports and implementing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Identification and mitigation of potential revenue leakage through efficient processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in B2B setups, be familiar with IFRS/Ind-AS, and preferably have Big 4 experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Owning and maintaining effective AR/O2C processes.
  2. Collaboration with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and issues.
  3. Supervising and mentoring a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists.
  4. Continuously reviewing and improving AR/AP processes and procedures.
Analysis - Revenue and AR:
  1. Implementing effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment.
  2. Monitoring cash flow by analyzing AR aging reports.
  3. Identifying potential revenue leakage and mitigating its impact.
Reporting KPIs:
  1. Preparing and analyzing AR reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  2. Publishing various dashboards for Management including but not limited to age report, old provisioning, revenue growth, and cash flows.
  3. Suggesting accounting of new business transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.
