Production Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process operations, including propoxylation and ethoxylation processes, and surfactant manufacturing.

  • Lead end-to-end process operations, including fatty alcohol ethoxylation, fatty amine ethoxylation, alkoxylation processes, and batch processing.
  • Manage daily plant operations to ensure optimal production planning, meet customer demands, and delivery schedules.
  • Implement process improvements and technology upgrades for enhanced productivity.
  • Conduct process analysis and troubleshooting for optimal reactor performance.
  • Ensure equipment reliability, including propoxylation, ethoxylation reactors, distillation systems, and control systems.

A minimum of 15 years of experience and a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry are required for the position. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Operations: Oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to final product delivery.
  • Plant Management: Ensure efficient operation of all plant facilities, including maintenance and repair.
  • Process Improvements: Develop and implement strategies for improved productivity and efficiency.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in process operations and management.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record in process management and improvement.
